They setup a 30'x45' tent and a 20'x20' tent with walls and lighting, competitively priced, for our wedding. The tents MADE the reception. Setup and breakdown are always included with every tent rental. Delivery is an additional fee based on your location. Use our delivery calculator in your wish list to see your exact cost before you submit. No surprises. We serve Thibodaux, Houma, and surrounding areas across Lafourche and Terrebonne Parish.
Standard installation uses stakes driven into the ground, including grass, dirt, or packed gravel. On driveways and other hard surfaces we can often stake into adjacent ground; where that isn't possible we use weighted ballast or concrete blocks instead. Just let us know your surface when you inquire so we can plan accordingly. All tent pricing includes installation with stakes in the ground; sites requiring weighted ballast or other unique circumstances may be additional.
We typically set up the day before your event and break down the day after, so you have the full day to focus on celebrating. You don't need to be present during setup, but someone should be available to confirm placement. We'll coordinate the timing with you ahead of time.
Our tents are engineered, professionally anchored structures that handle rain and normal wind, and sidewalls can be added if the forecast looks uncertain. Like all temporary structures, tents are not severe weather shelters. Guests should not remain under a tent during severe weather, including high wind, lightning, or storm conditions. We recommend monitoring the forecast and having a plan to move indoors if conditions turn.
As soon as your date is locked in, especially for spring and fall weekends, which fill up fast. That said, reach out regardless of how close your date is and we'll do our best to make it work.
Yes, a 50% deposit secures your date, with the balance due before your event. Full details come with your quote.
